Our systems and processes are not a fit for everyone. We recognize this and go to great lengths to ensure both parties’ business philosophies are in alignment. We seek to establish relationships with either quality experienced producers or motivated entrepreneurial individuals. Wealth Concepts has two distinct training and coaching paths geared toward the experienced transitioning advisor and to the new advisor as well.
Experienced producers who find our approach attractive are typically those who have reached a “ceiling of complexity” in their practice. Years of accumulating clients have placed them in a successful position, at least as far as the industry is concerned, yet they are dissatisfied with perhaps the transactional nature of their business, type of clientele, profitability, self satisfaction or some combination of the above. It seems they have done what they have been taught and were supposed to have “arrived”. Sadly, they know they have not arrived where they wanted to.
For experienced producers wishing to transition their practice to a fee based model with a higher level of clientele, Wealth Concepts offers a specific process and coaching to do so. Our coaches have made this transition successfully themselves and work closely in helping our advisors achieve their potential. Ongoing training takes place on a weekly basis. This education is not only technical in nature, but is a step-by-step curriculum designed to effectively integrate those strategies into the financial planning process.
For the person new to our industry, WC offers a system to immediately begin building a fee based practice. By starting their practice out “right,” they have the opportunity to build a solid foundation and systematically move up market to higher net worth clientele. Doing so helps create a practice that is well diversified and serves clients to the best extent possible.
Our coaches are specifically matched with advisors that meet both the coaches’ unique abilities and the needs of the transitioning advisor. The result is that we are able to provide a highly successful process and resources to enable our advisors to move “up market”.
